Speaking of Collabs…

Target’s crazy-successful collaboration with Phillip Lim just happened a few weeks ago, but they already have their next designer lined up.  Peter Pilotto announced during his LFW show that he will be Target’s next designer collaboration and we are already counting the days!  The newest collection is set to hit stores this February and be all about women’s apparel, accessories and swimwear.  As well as hitting Target stores in the US and Canada, the collection will also be available internationally on Net-A-Porter.  So many collaborations I’m gonna have to make some room in my closet!

Isabel Marant for H&M is Here.

And OH MAN is it worth the wait…

Landing in stores on November 14th, cult designer Isabel Marant’s capsule collection for H&M definitely won’t disappoint.  A broad collection of classically Marant pieces include everything from embroidered denim & moto pants to fringed sweaters & embellished ikat jackets.  Due to a current obsession with making a statement below the waist these days, we are especially digging the insane range of printed, luxe, brilliantly cut pants.  Retailing from $40-$400, the assortment is well worth shelling out the cash and definitely will require an early morning lineup at flagship H&M locations…you better believe we’ll be among the first to arrive.  For the full collection check out

Fashion Week Favorite: Alice & Olivia

Stacy Bendet has done it again. Completely impressed with her new Alice & Olivia Spring ’14 collection, which showed yesterday during New York Fashion Week. It’s filled with color and sparkle and happiness all around. While color blocking and bright colors took over the runways last Spring, this year is going to be all about pastels, muted colors, and our favorite combo – Black & White! And contrary to popular belief, leather is here to stay through Spring…so hold on to those leather track pants and paneled tops because the warm weather will be calling them! Below are some of my favorite looks from her show:

Dazzling Blue Crowned Pantone’s Color of the Year!

New York is about to kick off Mercedes Benz Fashion Week & in the spirit of launching Spring ’14, we are so excited to share Pantone’s official colors of the season, with the 2014 color of the year: Dazzling Blue!  Just a bit more muted than its Cobalt Blue brother, Spring’s #1 color is bright enough to make a statement but not so shocking it will feel tough to pull off.  Better get ready to feel blue, in a great way of course.
